The Operations Support Manager at Scrumdiddy's will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer and will be responsible for maintaining & improving prescribed company standards & to develop and instil a culture of excellence at Scrumdiddly’s. To support company Shop Team Leaders in the effective running of their stores.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To complete Scrumdiddly’s audits for company shops on a monthly basis & complete remedial action where store audits are unsatisfactory.
2. To undertake periodic checks on cash reports, cash floats and food & beverage stocks.
3. To assist in maintaining & monitoring the Scrumdiddly’s Food Safety Management System.
4. To support & assist company owned Shop Supervisors in the running of their stores.
5. To assist in allocated New Store Openings (NSO).
6. To assist in developing company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), improving standards of quality, cleanliness & service.
7. To ensure that all company systems, procedures & standards are adhered to during store visits.
8. To ensure the weekly ice cream machine schedule is maintained & adhered to.
9. To assist Shop Team Leaders in improving Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and universal company standards.
10. To assist in the handling of specific & allocated customer complaints, if required.
11. To attend periodic management meetings with the Quality Assurance Team, Store Managers & Operations Manager.
12. To work allocated Duty Management shifts in company owned stores as required.
13. To provide cover for Shop Team Supervisors & manage shifts directly as required.
14. To monitor Scrumdiddly’s Service Steps & improve service-flow speeds in shops.
15. To provide a personal weekly activity schedule, including priority tasks & objectives.
16. To maintain excellent communication with colleagues, employees & proprietors.
17. To maintain a comprehensive knowledge of statutory regulations in respect of Food Hygiene, HACCP & Health and Safety.
18. To attend any external course that would be beneficial for your own personal development.
