Regional Director - Ireland, HR Recruitment
Frazer Jones services have been selected by an international technology company with a head office in Dublin and offices globally. This organization now seek to secure talent for a Senior HR Consultant role for a 12-month fixed term contract. This organization operates a remote first working structure, with intermittent office attendance in Dublin City Centre.
The Senior HR Consultant will be responsible for global project delivery and will have a team of 5, so previous managerial experience is required.
Your role will include:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction.
* Contribute to the HR departments annual operating plan and budgeting.
* Act as the primary HR contact for all EU based M&A projects, including due diligence, integration planning and change management.
* Partner with stakeholders to design and implement HR processes and procedures that reflect company culture and core values.
* Take overall responsibility for global HR projects, ensuring alignment with the global people leadership team.
* Manage EMEA HR teams and the global recruitment team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Lead performance management processes and reward & benefits strategies for Europe.
* Ensure company HR documentation and processes are compliant with local and EU labour legislation.
* Own the people budget approvals and HR & Recruitment costs in Europe.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and HR policies across Europe.
* Continuously evaluate and improve HR tools, systems and workflows for optimal efficiency.
* Ensure HR reporting is timely, accurate and effectively supports business decision-making.
* Lead the creation and delivery of HR programs that support talent development, succession planning and employee engagement.
To be considered, you will possess:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years at managerial level.
* Experience from the tech sector advantageous.
* Strong project management experience, managing EMEA/Global HR projects particularly in M&A.
* Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire HR teams across multiple locations.
Salary: up to €100,000 + Benefits
This is a remote role with intermittent requirements to attend the Head Office in Dublin.
