This position is a 5-day working week, including Saturday, and is based in our showroom.
Job Description:
* Achieve maximum profitability by selling used cars and promoting Finance, Insurance & Auxiliary products.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
* Build strong rapport with customers and proactively seek new opportunities for car sales outside of the showroom environment.
* Meet volume and model mix targets set by the company each year.
* Meet used car targets set annually.
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers daily, weekly, and monthly.
* Meet accessories targets.
* Use the enquiry management system and follow up on all enquiries in a timely manner.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Sales experience in retail motor industry sales is desirable.
* Possess a passion for cars.
* Be proactive and target-oriented.
* Able to hit used car sales targets while upselling.
* Motivated by commission-based income and base salary.
* Willingness to learn and follow our strategic sales approach.
* Results-driven attitude.
* People-oriented, anticipating and meeting customer needs.
* Effective public speaking skills.

* Hold a full clean driver's license.
