An exciting opportunity to work as a Payroll Specialist in Cork City, Ireland, offering hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing employee expenses in a timely manner, adhering to company policies.
* Issuing payslips and expense remittance advices.
* Reconciling data from MyWork to CorePay on a fortnightly basis.
* Adhering to all Payroll controls and deadlines.
* Ensuring compliance with Revenue and management team policies.
* Managing queries from various stakeholders, including staff, management, HR, ER, C&B, Pensioners, and external bodies.
* Preparing necessary reconciliations and returns, such as Pension and CSO, in line with deadlines.
* Generating reports relating to payroll and expenses for cashflow forecasting of payments.
* Monitoring time and attendance records and ensuring they are signed off weekly.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of high volume payroll processing experience.
* Experience with Oracle Systems is desirable.
* Detailed knowledge and application of Revenue rules/legislation and Social Welfare legislation.
* Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
