Responsibilities:
1. Adhere to governance and ethical standards of the company.
2. Mentor, coach, and develop junior talent.
3. Manage project personnel and workload.
4. Assist in the annual performance reviews of the team.
5. Run an internal team to ensure effective delivery of projects in line with agreed timelines.
6. Lead and manage the delivery of a project working with an Associate and/or Director.
7. Ensure projects are delivered effectively within the agreed scope and timeline.
8. Demonstrate project-level design knowledge and expertise.
9. Understand and demonstrate the contractual obligations of all parties under various procurement routes.
10. Engage with consultants and clients at a project level.
Requirements:
1. Recognized Architectural qualification.
2. Minimum 7 years post-graduate experience.
3. Portfolio must show flair for innovation in design.
4. Skills in AutoCAD, 3D software, InDesign, Photoshop, and Revit are expected.
5. Good technical attention to detail.
6. Experience of Data Centre/Industrial projects is an advantage.
7. Excellent project management skills.
8. Good attention to detail and ability to manage clients and design team requirements.
9. Good knowledge of Irish building regulations.
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
11. Self-driven and eager to be part of a busy growing office environment working on multiple projects.
Package:
1. €60,000 - €85,000 salary negotiable based on experience.
