My client based in the Pharma industry in Dublin 15 is seeking an administrator for a 3-month temporary position. This is for a project on site that may be extended slightly longer.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Creating information on the new internal database
* Sourcing data within the business
* Data entry
* Liaising with management and other divisions
* Creation of stock parts on the internal system
* Inventory control and stock taking
* Updating Excel database

* Previous Pharma, logistics or procurement background is ideal but not essential
* Knowledge of MS Office is required, particularly MS Excel
* Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
