Generative AI Project - Gaelic/Irish Speaker We are looking for Annotators for a large social media company. The ideal candidate has previous experience in effectively coping with a fast-paced, high-pressure role in a constantly changing business environment.
As an Annotator, your role will be to create, assess, and refine pairs of questions and answers to improve a large language model (LLM). You'll generate realistic questions that someone might ask in a real-life context, and provide the best possible answer. This task will involve you reviewing a set of guidelines, and creating sample prompts and responses in your area of expertise.
Responsibilities: Annotate data accurately and consistently by predefined annotation guidelines.Evaluate the quality of existing data resources, as well as the output of machine learning classifiers and internal tools.Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation and organization.Perform basic research as needed to annotate accurately.Provide feedback on the annotation tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of the data annotation process.Provide insights regarding observed patterns in the annotated data.Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.Requirements: The candidate must possess a strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be flexible and analytical with the ability to understand and interpret large datasets and apply predefined guidelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of annotations.
Essential competencies needed for this role are: High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.High Fluent level in Gaelic/Irish in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of the culture and social trends in the region.Educational background – undergraduate university degree or higher qualification.Offer Details: €29,700 per year as base salary.25% salary uplift for the late hours from 10 pm to 2 am (in total, up to €33,000 per year).Performance bonus.Free meal (lunch or dinner) on-site.Private healthcare.Pension contribution.Tax Saver and Bike-to-Work Scheme.Contract: Permanent full-time
Working hours: Candidates are choosing between the Day shift (9am – 5:30pm) or the Evening shift (6pm – 2am). There are no rotations. Monday to Friday.
