Plumbing Showroom Sales Executive
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Showroom Sales Executive.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing long-term customer relationships, and driving sales growth in our state-of-the-art bathroom showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive and excellent customer experience throughout the customer's relationship with us
* Position yourself as a product expert and provide continuous support
* Work closely with customers to resolve any issues efficiently and effectively
* General customer service duties
* Generate sales through upselling and cross-selling
* Follow up on sales and maintain accurate records
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom
* Manage stock control and inventory levels
Requirements:
* Proven ability to build and develop productive relationships with customers
* Demonstrable experience working in a customer service-focused role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Able to multitask and prioritise tasks accordingly
* Knowledge of tiles and bathrooms is desirable but not essential
