Shipping Administrator
We are seeking an experienced professional with strong experience from the shipping, freight or logistics sector who is now looking for a new challenge.
The Job:
As a key part of the shipping operations team and reporting directly to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administration and operations coordination duties.
* Act as point of contact for customers and external partners/contractors.
* Coordinate the movements of vessels to and from port.
* Perform stock/inventory and warehouse operations reporting.
* Maintain accurate import and export documentation.
* Plan for incoming traffic.
* Resolve queries and support the management team with their ongoing duties.
Requirements:
* Third level qualification ideal.
* 2-3+ years' experience ideally gained in a relevant shipping, freight, logistics, or similar role.
* Full and clean driving license essential. Own transport also required.
* Proven ability to multitask and work with diverse teams.
* Strong IT skills.
* Availability to work one weekend in four and occasional on call but time off during the week to balance.

This position will be fully office based in West Co. Limerick, making it suitable for candidates commuting from north Co. Kerry.
