The Product Engineer will be part of the product lifecycle engineering team supporting various product lines in our $1 Billion embecta diabetes business. This role involves utilizing best-in-class project management practices, leading engineering projects through change control processes, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.
Responsibilities include planning and executing R&D projects impacting form/fit/function, business growth, cost reduction, and compliance. You'll collaborate with manufacturing plants, design test equipment, and create validated test procedures for product testing.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, preferably in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Chemical Engineering. Project Management qualification is an advantage, and 3+ years' experience in medical device design or R&D is preferred.
