Job Role:
Work in a fast-paced kitchen, assisting the chef in the safe and hygienic preparation and production of high-quality meals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the chef in meal preparation and production
* Maintain great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a catering environment
* Previous experience of all types of food preparation
* Knowledge of Food Safety practices and procedures (Level 2 qualification required)
* Commercial Awareness and ability to deliver on Key Performance Indicators
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
