Social Care Worker Childrens Residential Services
Full-time, permanent position available, working 39 hours per week.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people aged 11-17 in a residential setting. This includes creating a safe and nurturing environment, promoting independence, and facilitating transition to adulthood.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support and guidance to young people.
* Develop and implement personalized care plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
* Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
* Level 7 or 8 qualification in Applied Social Care.
* Flexibility to work a residential roster.
* Experience in mainstream settings desirable.
* Valid full driving license and access to a car.
