The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced eCommerce Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in North Dublin. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the office, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
* Deliver outstanding customer support through email and phone communication.
* Inspect shipments for damaged or missing items and take appropriate action.
* Securely store packed eCommerce orders, ensuring they are ready for collection.
* Coordinate with carriers to facilitate smooth shipping operations.
* Handle eCommerce customer returns and address fulfilment-related complaints.
* Monitor and manage stock levels for the eCommerce store.
* Conduct stock-takes as needed to maintain accurate inventory records.
* Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
* Uphold professional standards and a high level of workplace conduct at all times.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a busy customer service position.
* Experience with online customer service is an advantage.
* Excellent IT skills with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* All candidates must currently reside within a commutable distance with full working rights.
