Your Responsibilities
* Act as an expert in interpreting and enforcing platform terms of service, including Community Standards, Commerce Policies, and Product-specific guidelines.
* Investigate and resolve emerging risks across the platform, such as abusive content, offensive language, and other objectionable material in both organic content and advertisements.
* Analyze data from escalations and content reviews to improve the escalation process, policies, and operational insights.
* Demonstrate effective and timely collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Public Policy, Legal, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
* Adapt to changing requirements, prioritize escalation requests, and effectively manage competing deadlines.
* Work closely with vendor teams to ensure KPIs are met and collaborate to improve processes, tools, and scalability.
Minimum Qualifications
* Fluent in Turkish.
* 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Online Operations, or similar roles in the tech industry.
* Strategic thinking with a proven track record of enhancing customer experience and continuous improvement.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions.
* Experience working with graphic content and a solid understanding of platform standards.
* Ability to make sound judgments under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
* Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) for reporting and operational decision-making.
