We are recruiting a Receptionist / Administrator for a Financial Services company based in Sandyford, Dublin 18 area.
Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join the Dublin team on a 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer and distribute all telephone calls, taking clear notes and messages (2 receptionists on the front desk)
2. Schedule and prepare Meeting Rooms for appointments
3. Meet and greet clients and visitors as they arrive in the office
4. Attend to incoming and outgoing post and courier items
5. Accept and check incoming supply orders
6. Manage Reception and Meeting Room areas, maintain equipment and stationery supplies
7. Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Additional Tasks include:
1. Administration support where required
2. Managing stock & Stationery
3. Manage Meeting Rooms/Reception.
4. Managing some facilities functions/maintenance schedules
5. Review & Sign off Invoices including:
6. Office Supplies, Kefron & Couriers
7. Manage Access Control: Fobs for employees & contractors.
8. Arranging Kefron document collection
The successful candidate is likely to be a bright, confident, multi-tasker with a good work ethic and excellent organisational skills. Their personal presentation must be of the highest standard.
Suitable candidates are likely to have previous Reception & Administration experience.
On offer at this stage is a 6 month contract, long term requirements will be reviewed before the end of the contract.
Rate is: €22ph, hours are approximately 30 per week. Monday-Friday preference.
This is a fully on-site role and travel and parking arrangements should be taken into consideration.
