Job Title: High Level PA/Office Manager
Renowned communications company in Milltown seeks a highly professional PA/Office Manager for a full-time, permanent role.
The Opportunity:
* Manage all administrative functions and serve as the first point of contact for enquiries (telephone, reception, email).
* Day-to-day management and maintenance of the office, including relationships with third-party suppliers.
* Primary responsibility for developing and implementing the Company's Health & Safety Policy.
* Compliance with ISO requirements, attending monthly and quarterly audit meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical support for the team.
* Annual leave system updates and organization of office events.
* Personal Assistant duties for two Directors, including diary management and travel arrangements.
* Client coordination and correspondence.
* Project support for consultancy teams, including meeting coordination and research interviews.
The Ideal Candidate:
* At least 5 years of experience in office management and/or senior PA roles.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Confidentiality, discretion, and flexibility.
* A sharp eye for detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
