Fitzwilliam Lawn Tennis Club seeks a qualified and experienced chef to join their kitchen team as Junior Sous Chef.
Responsibilities
* Prepare food according to recipes and requirements set by the Head Chef, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and HACCP.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service and exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements
* Passion for food and dedication to delivering excellent results.
* Previous experience in fine dining within quality establishments.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Fluency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Autorized to work full time in Ireland.

Work Details
* Permanent position.
* Pay: €41,000.00-€43,000.00 per year.
* Additional pay: Yearly bonus.
* Work Location: Onsite (Ranelagh, Dublin 6).
* Work Pattern: Daytime / Afternoon & Evening availability, Monday Saturday (5 days).
