Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering
Description
Sprout Social is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who can guide, scale, and lead a high performing Solution Engineering Team supporting our Enterprise Sales teams.
What you'll do
* Meet (and exceed) revenue, operational, and strategic goals as well as foster the professional growth, development, and success of your team members.
* Spend time coaching, counseling and mentoring Solutions Engineers in all aspects of sales and effectiveness.
* Partner closely with revenue leaders on meeting revenue targets, driving deal strategy and supporting as a product + industry expert.
* Provide timely and practical feedback to senior leadership for new and interesting go-to-market strategies.
* Partner with product teams to provide feedback on production direction and roadmap.
* Be a technical Executive Sponsor for enterprise-level companies.
* Own strategic projects to drive go-to-market strategy, influence product direction, create scale in the revenue organization and foster innovation in the solutions organization.
What you'll bring
The minimum qualifications for this role include:
* 5+ years experience as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent experience.
* An additional 2 - 4 years+ of experience leading a Solutions Engineering or PreSales team.
* Consistent and measurable track record of success both as a leader and as an individual contributor.
* Demonstrated passion for hiring, developing and coaching top talent.
* Experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales operations, success, enablement and product.
* Exceptional communication skills and analytical acumen.
