Introduction to the job In the Supply Chain Planning Team Leader position for Ireland, you will oversee complex customer operations through the set-up and delivery of supply chain solutions regarding availability of service parts, tools and commercial packages (installs and upgrades, and sustaining customer care).
In this role, you will lead a team comprised of both direct and indirect reports who are responsible for directing logistics operations from international & regional warehouses into customer clean rooms planning and execution of the supply chain aspects of commercial upgrades, field change orders, machine shipments, transfers and after sales.
The Supply Chain Planning Team Leader is responsible for leading the team which is meeting service level agreements (SLAs) with customers.
Customer Supply Chain is responsible for all customer supply chain activities (machines deliveries, upgrades at customer sites, spare parts management), inbound and outbound flows to and from the factories.
Strong interfaces with other supply chain departments, ASML Factories, Central Planning, Field offices, Account Team and Customer Service departments will be required.
Role and responsibilities Team Lead Overall responsible to lead the CSCM Planning team in Ireland to support Supply Chain activities for both existing customer fab and new fab(s)Lead the team's Planning activities from installs and upgrades, to sustaining customer careProactive planning of materials as well as managing the team's KPIsBe a leader in defining process efficiency improvements for the role and team, and drive implementation into our standard way for workingProcess Mapping to create work instructions in cooperation with sub-coordinators and Install EngineersDaily escalation on the management of urgent shipments to clear roadblocks or problems encountered by the team.Oversee the site fill rates, escalating supply urgency based on criticality and operational risk of missing stockStakeholders Active participation with stakeholders in understanding customer needs, and translating needs into supply chain solutions.Customer relationship management: establish and maintain good relationships at management level of key accounts.Working hand-in-hand with the Ops Lead to ensure smooth performance of the department; from reporting and planning, to operational function.
Examples include: filling stock at the warehouse, providing the link for emergency shipments to the client fab, smooth reporting on fill-rates, returns, and coordinating delivery times of planned parts and tools.Performance Management Overall responsible for CSCM Ireland team performance, to include:
On time in full (OTIF) for all needed materials related to upgrades/installs/relocations to meet agreed plan.Service contract commitments/targets are met through proper planning through standardized and efficient processes.Secure relevant performance reporting to stakeholders.Maintain/improve cooperation between local, regional and central supply chain teams for optimal execution.Usage of SAP to track critical orders and communicate information to stakeholders, while also using influence to push for quick resolution and delivery of the same.Leadership – Process, People and Development Ensure the right capacity and capabilities of Supply Chain team Ireland to execute all supply chain activitiesLead from the front attitude providing both a role model for the team and support when issues occur that require higher level interventionEnsure proper training and skill level assessment/development to achieve a high level of customer satisfactionEducation and experience Bachelor's degree or relevant business experience (e.g.
