About the Role
This is an important position working closely with the Banqueting Manager to ensure the exceptional delivery of high quality food and service to our guests.
The role encompasses the responsibility to manage the performance of Departmental HODs through business planning and objective setting, ensuring that hotel brand standards are continuously delivered.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that the hotel operates effectively on a day-to-day basis, in line with company and brand standards.
* Contribute to the success of the hotel by ensuring that the highest standard of product and service are maintained and delivered at all times while maximising profitability.
* Maximise guest satisfaction and ensure that all customers receive a level of care and attention that exceeds their expectations.
* Effectively manage H&S, fire safety and sustainability objectives.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a senior manager with 2-5 years' experience in a 4-star deluxe or 5-star environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Food & Beverage concepts and concept development and delivery.
A strong understanding of rooms division, experienced in dealing with high volume food & beverage operations, and a hands-on approach to management are also essential requirements for this role.
