Job Title: Project Manager
Location: The Diamond, Derry
Duration: Temporary post for a minimum of 3 months
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
The Project Manager will work with our client the NI Housing Executive, assisting the Senior Project Manager and leading large-scale projects. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and coordinating the regions planned maintenance programme
* Ensuring planned maintenance is carried out in accordance with NIHE's policies
* Assessing risks and compiling reports for the approval panel
Requirements:
* BTEC Level 5 qualification in a Building/Construction related discipline
* 2 years experience working in a building or construction setting

* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* Proactive approach to health, safety, and welfare management
