Amazon Web Services Korea LLC is seeking a talented individual to join our AWS Support team. As a member of this team, you will be at the forefront of transformational technology assisting a global list of companies that are taking advantage of a growing set of services and features to run their mission-critical applications.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Leverage your technical expertise to learn and use groundbreaking technologies
* Respond to customer's technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email
* Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events
* Provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams through day-to-day experiences
Profile Division
The support team will allocate the candidate to the most appropriate profile based on their skills and interest. New joiners can learn various tech knowledge and skills through the onboarding process.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree achieved or expecting graduation in 2024/2025
* Flexibility to work weekend shifts as part of a five-day-week offset (Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat)
* Valid work authorization in Korea
* No restriction of traveling abroad
* Korean/English Business Communication Skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 0-1 years of experience in Linux/Windows systems administration, database design and optimization, big data analysis, network administration, and dev ops.
* GPA 3.0/4.5 above
* TOEIC 700, TOFEL 70, Opic IM3 above
* Majored in engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA with an aggregate of 65% overall
* Basic knowledge in one or many of these IT technologies – Computing / Networking / Databases / Security / Big Data & Analytics / DevOps / Programming
* Passionate about customers and new technology
* Experience working within the software development or Internet industries
* Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
* Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
* Advanced English communication skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
* Self-starter who is excited about technology
* Troubleshooting / Support experience
