In this role, you will provide secretarial and administrative support for smooth course delivery. This involves working with course leaders, managing course data, processing payments, updating the Learning Management System (Moodle), and assisting with course assessments.

- Prepare documentation such as handbooks and timetables
- Welcome students, manage course data, and process payments
- Update Moodle and manage student queries
- Assist with course assessments and administrative duties
Requirements
- Recent relevant experience in a similar role
- Previous management of Moodle is preferred
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, organisational, and IT skills
