Job Title: Collections Planner
The Role
This is a permanent position offering great opportunities for career progression within the logistics industry. The role is based in an office with parking on site and is easily accessible by public transport.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm, with a weekend roster pattern of one weekend in three, including time off in lieu.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers and drivers alike.
* Plan and coordinate collections from customers throughout Ireland.
* Provide live updates and ensure collection planning is completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
* Maintain accurate records and perform administration duties.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a coordination role in the logistics industry.
* Good geographical knowledge of Ireland.
* Excellent customer service skills and strong technical and IT skills with a high level of proficiency in MS Office programs.
* Previous experience working with CRM systems.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team environment, self-manage and prioritise daily workload.
