Exciting new HR Officer role with a Manufacturing client based in Navan.
You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assist with with recruitment and onboarding.
You will be part of a tight knit HR team.
The role is onsite until after 6 months.
Responsibilities Responsible for overall HR administration, ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information on our HRIS.
Ownership of the onboarding, probation, and off-boarding process.
Be a resource to individual employees and managers as appropriate; provide advice and support as required, facilitate problem solving and be a point of contact.
Work closely with external agencies on recruitment activity and requirements.
Manage and maintain recruitment systems - Review applications and resumes to determine qualifications and relevance to job requirements.
Co-ordinate interviews, act as HR representative on interview panel for Operation vacancies, preparing contracts of employment and new starter documentation.
Assist with preparing payroll data for submission to outsourcing company, including UK payroll as and when required.
Support and assist with employee relation matters including tier 1 investigations and disciplinaries.
Provide first level support on HRIS for system end users and participate in process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Relevant Degree in Human Resources with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role/function.
Proven track record of strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated to question and query anomalies and initiative to improve the process and workflow.
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to problem solve is essential.
Team player who will work with others to achieve company goals.
