Job Description:
We are currently accepting applications for our 2025 Graduate Programme. Our Graduate Programme is a one-year programme that will equip you with the tools needed to have a successful career at Glenveagh Properties. The Graduate Civil Design Co-ordinator will work within the design department assisting the team with various civil design co-ordination actions of various projects across the portfolio. Duties will include tracking design progress, assisting the Civils design manager in day-to-day duties, recording meeting minutes, conducting assessments, assisting in surveys, using civils software to assist drafting, designing, visualisation and analysis.
* Update the various progress and tracking schedules to ensure alignment with overall design programmes.
* Assist Design managers on various projects.
* Assist with the co-ordination and administration of all required site surveys and condition assessments.
* Attend design team meetings.
* Assist with administrative duties from time to time.
* Attend various seminars and courses to progress.
Requirements
* You hold (obtained within the last 2 years) or are working towards (2025 graduates) a Degree / Higher Diploma in a Minimum of Level 7/8 degree in a related field.
* Experience in the field of Civil Engineering (3rd level work placement or similar) is desirable but not essential.
* Self-motivated.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
* Strong planning and organisation skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
* Good problem-solving skills.
