The Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Management Team in the store to deliver on all results and targets.
Duties include:
* Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
* Manage and supervise a team of sales assistants.
* Provide training and development to staff.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
* Manage stock levels.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
* Ensure a clean and safe store environment.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Manage cash handling and financial transactions.
* Maintain strong product knowledge.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
* Ability to train and develop staff.
* Strong attention to detail.
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: €13.70 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
