What you'll do
* A Team Leader managing a team of Store Availability Controllers with the objective of optimising all fresh lines in Store with the aim of achieving targets including T/O Development and Write off control.
* Daily analysis of store orders across all order groups through the WFM module to maximize turnover, minimize potential write off and identify high stock quantities.
* Promotion planning and rest quantity management.
* Bake Off Development and coordination in collaboration with head office colleagues.
* Maintenance of Electronic Sales and Orders (ESO).
* Product group turnover and write off analysis.
* Compile weekly/monthly analysis and reports, including related key Store figures and make appropriate recommendations to Regional Supply Chain Director.
What you'll need
* You have completed a leaving certificate or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years management experience.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Proven people management ability.
* Structured work ethic and target driven.
* Able to work to strict deadlines and adapt quickly to new situations.
* Confident and persuasive communication skills.
* Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
* PC and Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel skills required).
* Full driving license.
What you'll receive

* €62,500 rising to €80,000 after 3 years.
