Responsibilities
* Minimum 2 years deli management experience in a fast-paced deli counter environment is essential for this role.
* Previous experience as a Deli Manager working in a teamwork-based environment with a passion for cooking and preparation is required.
* Excellent communication, customer service, organization, and time management skills are necessary for success in this position.
* HACCP training and qualification are mandatory.
* A professional, polite, and friendly demeanor is expected.
* Flexibility to work 45 hours per week over 5 days on rotation is required.
