Customer Service Specialist Job Summary
In the life science industry, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to work in our City West offices on a hybrid model after training is completed.
This role involves managing customer requests for quotes, part builds, and order fulfillment, including pertinent status updates and proactive communications necessary to meet the customer's use or production needs.
The ideal candidate will promote a safe working environment, comply with proper use of PPE, report incidents, and participate in functional department safety meetings.
Experience Required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, ideally SalesForce
* Minimum 2 years working in Customer service/administration position in manufacturing industry
Desirable Skills
* Familiarity with production operations (moulding, extrusion, packaging, and assembly)
* Capable of reading and understanding blueprints and part drawings
* Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Software, ideally QAD
* Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical industry
