Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage your technical expertise to resolve complex customer issues.
* Collaborate with leading technologists and AWS architects to reproduce and resolve customer issues.
* Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on service improvement opportunities.
* Communicate effectively with customers during critical events.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience in network and operating system support.
* Experience with virtualization, orchestration, and cloud computing.
* Experience with database administration.
* Experience in software development with an object-oriented language.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
* Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
* Experience in information security and compliance.
