Key Responsibilities
* Help create a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working environment by providing a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store.
* Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting, guiding, and advising them while remaining vigilant and aware to any potential risks to the store.
* Deliver effective conflict resolution and ensure loss awareness remains top priority through excellent coaching, influence, and support.
Requirements
* Previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably in crime resolution.
* Committed to working as part of the store team.
* Self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative.
* A confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, visitors, customers, and external agencies.
