Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Company, is seeking a Project Manager for diverse capital and expense projects spanning Manufacturing, Labs, Process, Utilities, and Automation/IT (AIT) systems.
Reporting to the Projects Programme Manager, this role involves managing multiple complex projects concurrently, including tech transfers, equipment upgrades, and more.
The successful candidate will interact with senior management, shaping the company's strategy and elevating the site to a premier Biopharmaceutical facility, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence in compliance with industry standards and regulations.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure project deliverables meet safety, financial, schedule, and scope standards.Ensure project compliance with engineering practices, policies, regulations.Collaborate with global teams for project alignment.Strictly follow project stage-gate principles.Lead complex projects and mentor junior/intermediate PMs.Manage project budgets, design, scheduling, risk, procurement, innovation, and close-out.Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required:Degree in relevant engineering field with pharmaceutical experience.5+ years of project management in pharma, from initiation to completion.Expertise in full project lifecycle and project management process.Proven team management and project planning skills.Strong financial acumen and cross-functional teamwork.PMP or CEng status and biologic manufacturing experience desirable.
