About the Role As a German - Corporate Client Support Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact for key group schemes, brokers, and internal teams. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, efficiently handling client requests, and building strong professional relationships. Your Responsibilities Be the dedicated contact for assigned corporate accounts, supporting Sales Managers and brokers. Respond promptly to client and colleague requests via email, adhering to our 24-hour service level agreement (SLA). Handle a high volume of daily communications mainly email while managing additional administrative tasks. Build positive, professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Communicate clearly, professionally, and courteously in all interactions, ensuring your messages are complete and accurate. Oversee the administration of policies for small, medium, and large corporate accounts. Comply with company policies on anti-corruption, fraud prevention, complaints handling, and data protection. Strive to resolve queries effectively on the first contact via email or phone. Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented work environment by collaborating with colleagues and embracing new challenges. What We're Looking For Experience in an administrative or client-focused role, ideally in a fast-paced setting. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word are essential). Fluent English and Fluent German A valid EU work permit allowing full-time, year-round employment.
