This award-winning, medium-sized practice operates nationally from Waterford City. We are seeking an experienced Registered Architect to work on a diverse range of educational, social housing, health, scientific, and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent design and technical expertise, as well as knowledge of current statutory compliance procedures. They should also have site and project management experience, be highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working effectively within a team.

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Over five years of post-graduation experience with the ability to work on various building types.
• Excellent design and technical capability, including knowledge of current statutory compliance procedures and site experience.
• Strong detailing and specification skills.
• Experience working on projects that utilize both Public (GCCC) and Private (RIAI) Construction Contracts.
• Excellent presentation and computer skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Software, BIM (Revit) Software, and NBS Specification Writer.
• Additional skills and qualifications are desirable but not essential.
