Responsibilities
Work closely with the field-based Business Development Manager to increase range, manage profit and meet sales targets for a designated customer base.
1. Working from a call list, make regular outbound calls to customers to up-sell and cross-sell products from the extensive Musgrave range
2. Liaise with the supply chain and transport teams to promptly resolve any customer issues
3. Manage delivery size and frequency to ensure efficient use of supply-chain and transport resource
The ideal candidate will have/be:
4. Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin required.
5. Previous sales / customer service experience (FMCG desirable)
6. Target-focused with a strong drive to succeed
7. Customer-focused with a high attention to detail
8. Ability to work as part of a team
9. Ability to work well under pressure
10. Educated to Third Level
11. PC Skills
