The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PA/Office Manager to join our team at renowned communications company in Milltown. This is a full-time permanent role with a salary of circa €50k-€55k and car space available. The position involves working 4 days on-site in a hybrid setup.
As the first point of contact for all enquiries, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all administrative functions. This includes managing day-to-day operations, general maintenance of the office, and relationships with third-party suppliers.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing our Health & Safety Policy, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and managing tech support for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Companys Health & Safety Policy
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards
* Manage tech support for the team
* Monitor and update the internal Annual leave Whos Off system
* Organise office lunches, Christmas party, away days, and annual trip abroad for the team
* Provide comprehensive, confidential senior level support to the two Directors
* Coordinate face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients and prospective clients
* Sourcing and contracting meeting venues for workshops and managing associated logistics
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in office management and/or senior PA roles. You should be comfortable working under pressure in a creative, client-centred environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent English oral and written communication skills, proven ability to act with confidentiality, discretion, and flexibility, and a sharp eye for detail. Strong interpersonal skills, including problem-solving, negotiation, and feedback, are also essential.
We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, maintain relationships under pressure, and review and improve processes and practice.
