This is a hands-on operational role and requires a seasoned restaurant professional accustomed to running a busy floor and ensuring all operational standards are adhered to.
The ideal candidate will be a polished food & beverage professional, ie Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Supervisor of a top-end, trendy, high-volume restaurant and/or hotel (4 star+), minimum of three years’ experience at supervisory level. You will be a service expert, able to train, lead and motivate the team to the highest levels of service and standards.
