You will be Site Based on a New Commercial Project.
This is a permanent position within the company.Key responsibilities for this Site Administrator role:Acting as general admin support to the Project/Contracts ManagerUsing the electronic document management system to control important documents (drawings, drawing register, billing of materials etc.
)Proactive management of the facilities helpdesk, ensuring prompt logging and completion of all requests.Maintain strong Health & Safety standardsBuild and maintain relationships with clients ensuring we deliver projects to exact customer requirementsExperience required for this Site Administrator role:Previous Site Admin experience is required.1 years minimum experience Construction Admin roleBuilding industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.Ability to work on own initiativeStrong team building skillsExperience with experience with Pro Arc, Fusion or COIN's preferred but not essentialSalary for this Site Administrator role is between €37,500 - €40,000 DOE(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
