Job Description
We are recruiting a Project Engineer to assist in the management of operations, capital investment projects, maintenance systems, and compliance within a highly regulated environment.
This role offers significant potential for rapid personal growth and development for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the day-to-day management of soil washing plants at the Portlaoise and Walshestown sites.
* Evaluate operations to ensure they are carried out in accordance with internal procedures, improving those procedures as necessary.
* Identify new technologies and operational systems to improve process efficiency and quality of output materials.
* Assist in various related projects within the division, including bulk export and customer site activities.
Requirements
This role may suit a Graduate engineer from a mechanical, manufacturing, or agricultural engineering background.
We are looking for someone with up to 2 years' experience in a similar or related role.
* Primary degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Agricultural, or equivalent.
* Proven ability to quickly understand technical and operational issues facing the Contaminated Soils Division.
* Good report writing skills, proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience in the use of Autocad is an advantage.
