A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager with a proven track record leading successful payroll transformation projects. You must have strong change management skills, excellent business acumen with a good knowledge of Oracle. Client location is Dublin and you must be available to be onsite 3 days per week.
You will lead the programme to replace my clients Payroll system.
Knowledge & Experience:
1. Experience with different project management processes and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
2. Proficiency in using project management software and tools such as JIRA and MS Project.
3. Prior experience working with payroll management systems.
4. Experience with Oracle.
Responsibilities:
5. Leading, directing, and motivating HR/Finance stakeholders and project teams to reach goals, objectives, and deliverables.
6. Managing and maintaining project documentation, organizing key reports, schedules, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility for all team members.
7. Facilitating regular status meetings with stakeholders, preparing agendas, capturing action items, and following up on progress.
8. Monitoring and reporting to board members on project milestones, providing regular updates to the programme manager, and escalating any potential delays or issues.
9. Assisting in risk and issue management by tracking identified risks, ensuring mitigation plans are in place, and coordinating with teams.
10. Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying information clearly and concisely for senior audiences.
