Nelipak, Elsham is our facility that has been developing flexible packaging solutions for the last 25 years. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Print & Lamination Manager to become part of our friendly team!

Purpose of the role – responsible leading the Print and Lamination Hall safely and efficiently, whilst building strong relationships with the team and other stakeholders throughout the business. This role is a key position within the organisation and has a large role to play in influencing and planning the future at Nelipak

Specific Responsibilities:

• To manage and lead a large production team of up to 24 skilled operatives and Team Leaders
• Responsible for delivering productivity targets, whilst ensuring customer demand is achieved
• Drive and improve key KPI’s with Team engagement to improve results
• Provide a forward-thinking continuous improvement approach to safety, quality & productivity
• Manage and lead the Team ensuring optimum Staffing levels, recruitment, training and development
• To produce customer orders to the right specification, quality and delivery times
• Ensure that we provide the right training and continue to upskill the teams

The ideal candidate will:

o Extensive experience within a fast-paced Manufacturing Environment
o Previous experience of managing a large team
o Excellent time management skills
o Excellent IT skills and familiarity with ERP and Machine Data Capture systems
o Ability to be able to communicate and influence key stakeholders around the business.
o Proactive, positive, enthusiastic – demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude.
o Travel may be required therefore a current, clean driving licence is required
