Role: Construction Administrator/ Document Controller
Location: Cork
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Our client, a construction company, is currently seeking an experienced and talented Document Controller for the Cork location.
Role Responsibilities
1. Carrying out daily project office administrative tasks, in support of the project management teams.
2. Reviewing and updating technical documents, such as manuals and workflows.
3. Managing the flow of documentation in the project office.
4. Archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to the necessary documentation.
5. Following project plans and programming.
The Candidate
1. At least 1 year's experience in a document control position.
2. Construction experience preferable.
3. Excellent organisational skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office applications.
