Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team of experts in cost and project management.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, within scope, and budget execution.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
* Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams, including design consultants, contractors, and clients.
* Moderate and manage risks, ensuring that mitigation strategies are in place to address potential challenges.
* Oversee procurement processes, including preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations.
* Evaluate quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and building regulations.
* Facilitate project meetings, including progress reviews, design workshops, and client presentations.
* Manage project documentation, including progress reports, risk registers, and change control logs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3-5 years experience in a project management role, ideally within a consultancy environment.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects across various sectors.
* Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, procurement processes, and contract administration.
* Excellent organisational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on achieving client objectives.
