My client, a leading catering and food service provider, is seeking a skilled Chef Manager to oversee a small on-site canteen within a busy workplace in Co. Meath Position Overview: As the Chef Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the canteen, including menu planning, food preparation, stock management, and food safety compliance. This hands-on role requires a passionate and experienced chef who can lead a small team, deliver quality meals, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. This is a full-time, permanent position operating Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, offering a competitive salary of €40,000 per year, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. This is a permanent role, which will involve working for my client directly on a permanent basis, this is not an agency or short term role. I am assisting my client in finding suitable candidates to work for them directly.
