Position Description We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to meet the growing demands of the business.
The successful applicant will work in the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence "CoE" and will be provided with the support and development needed to enable them to deliver successfully in the role.
Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor the process for advertising resources in accordance with agreed Strategic Resource Plan and approval system and liaise with HR Governance Specialists on same.
Co-ordinate and manage candidate correspondence and interview schedules for internal and external recruitment.
Collation of data and maintaining internal trackers in order to furnish reports to management, Talent Acquisition and HR as required.
Assist with Early Talent recruitment, attending careers fairs and assisting with coordinating graduate events.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with line managers throughout internal and external recruitment processes.
Liaise with applicants/candidates throughout internal and external recruitment processes.
Review and monitor all employment contracts and documentation issued to external candidates.
Report on Recruitment metrics and KPIs on a monthly basis.
Maintain Talent Acquisition SharePoint site for Talent Acquisition team including site permissions.
Respond to all GDPR queries and ensure compliance.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Team Leaders.
In conjunction with Onboarding specialist, oversee the new hire process ensuring consistency and adherence to legal and policy requirements.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change.
Keep updated with market trends affecting recruitment and current employment legislation and policies.
Experience and Qualifications A minimum of 2 years work experience within a recruitment function.
Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Some knowledge of HR Practice, policies and procedures and employment legislation.
Proficient in the use of a variety of IT systems including MS Office, with advanced Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning and organisation abilities.
Familiarity with the use of SharePoint.
A flexible approach to working.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A HR qualification or equivalent relevant work experience.
Knowledge of SharePoint and SAP.Experience using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for recruitment purposes.
Location This position will be based in 27 Lr Fitzwilliam Street, Dublin 2.
