Role/ Department
As part of the Dealing Team in the Transfer Agency Department, you will provide high touch client service to various Northern Trust Transfer Agency clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Team Leader and deputise in their absence.
* Oversee processing quality and timeliness in India.
* Escalate unresolved issues for the India TA Dealing team and junior team members within Ireland TA Dealing.
* Generate client reports, manage workflow queues, and analyze data.
* Take ownership of assigned clients and ensure timely deliverables.
* Maintain procedures, checklists, and data protection checks.
* Collaborate with other TA functional areas and internal departments.
* Provide input to process changes and serve as a subject matter expert and mentor.
Skills/ Qualifications:
* Flexible approach to work and ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
* Strong PC skills and knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills.
* Planning, organisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
