We’re on the hunt for a high-energy multitasker to team up with our General Manager and help lead the charge! In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the hotel’s success by fostering a collaborative, well-trained team and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.You’ll lead by example, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while inspiring the team to go above and beyond for our guests—working hard, having fun, and creating an atmosphere that feels like home. With a keen eye for detail, commitment to high standards, and solid business savvy, you’ll bring out the best in both the team and the guest experience. You’ll also build strong relationships with key partners and infuse energy into the hotel by bringing the Moxy and Residence Inn brands to life, making every moment memorable for our guests.Main Tasks and ResponsibilitiesEnsure every team member, including management, is fully trained to deliver the signature Moxy and Residence Inn experience and confidently carry out their responsibilities.Handle guest queries promptly, efficiently, and with a friendly, can-do attitude that keeps our vibe alive.Drive revenue growth by leveraging product knowledge, market insights, and systems expertise, while encouraging upselling and ensuring accurate sales recording.Maintain a solid grasp of budgets, KPIs, revenue, and costs, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.Prepare and deliver engaging weekly and monthly reports for the executive team.Oversee safe-keeping, cash handling, and adherence to hotel policies, ensuring the team operates with confidence and precision.Keep the team informed of all hotel updates, brand promotions, and local activities, creating excitement and alignment across the board.Maintain tight control of stock and products, ensuring efficient use and minimal waste.Confidently step in for the General Manager when needed, keeping operations running smoothly.Work with flexibility across any 5 shifts over 7 days, including mornings, evenings, and weekends—always bringing your best energy and enthusiasm.We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:High energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude.Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests.Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service.Understand that being relaxed isn’t the same as being lazy.Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!).Useful ExperienceA minimum of 2 years previous experience in a Senior Management position in a rooms driven property.Previous experience working in a branded property.100% computer literacy, to include Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Excellent attention to detail.Previous experience of managing a team.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesHospitality
