The role of a Childcare Practitioner at Hyde & Seek includes: -Actively engaging the children with our Aistear based curriculum, as well as additional learning activities and events -Readily nurturing the needs of the children, ensuring these needs remain constantly identified and met -Following and implementing company policies, procedures and operational practices at all times to ensure the care, safety and welfare of our children and staff -Establishing a caring and safe environment for the children so that they can explore and discover with ease -Noting and recounting the activities, food and events that happen during each childs day while in our care.
At Hyde & Seek our practitioners have a genuine love for educating young children and a commitment to providing high quality childcare.
We also work towards providing the highest quality work environment for our teachers and we provide them with all the resources they need to be successful.
We compensate our practitioners at the top of the scale for private sector childcare, this varies depending on qualifications, experience and commitment.
In addition, successful candidates should also have: a childcare award from a recognised body or a DCYA recognition certificate, minimum FETAC level 5 and 1 years experience in a childcare setting.

Candidates who completed their qualifications outside of Ireland must have a qualification that is on the list of recognized qualifications issued by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth or have a letter from the DCEDIY confirming they can work in childcare in Ireland.
