Transport and Weightbridge Administrator - Silliot Hill, Co. Kildare This role is responsible for scheduling skip operations, Responding to and resolving customer calls and queries.
Liaising with drivers, logistics, customer service.
Covering weighbridge, and route confirmations.
THE ROLE:
Communicate to and brief drivers fully on their daily schedule.
Making sure that drivers have accurate information to complete their routes as efficiently as possible.
Carry out daily debrief of drivers on commercial and domestic routes.
Route confirmation - confirm all routes with drivers prior to their departure Responsible for accurately recording and managing the weights of incoming and outgoing vehicles
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous office administration experience essential Waste Management / Logistics / Customer Service experience Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suit Must have numerical skills Immediately available.
